MTBFsolutions GbR exists to solve one specific problem: engineering programmes that are falling behind on documentation. We work with small and medium-sized companies in aviation, defence, maritime, and commercial product development across Europe, the UK, and Canada. Our job is to step in quickly, understand what is needed, and deliver high-quality documentation that meets the standard your approval authority expects. We are not a large consultancy. We do not carry the overhead of one. What we offer is deep specialist knowledge, a fast start, and a direct working relationship with the engineer doing the work.
Andy began his career as an Aircraft Avionics Technician with the Royal Air Force. Over four decades he has worked across 27 product development programmes in aerospace, maritime, and commercial electronics, specialising in functional integration testing, EMC, and environmental qualification.

Dave's career began in commercial aircraft flight test and certification. Over 45 years he has led development teams across structural analysis, avionics, satellite systems, and maritime installations, with direct experience working alongside product certification authorities.
